What is physical orientation?

 This is a technique developed by Maya ben Ya'akov Ashman that provides practical practice for changing reactions and neurological regulation.
It is a series of simple and available exercises that create behavioral change. The more you practice, the more the brain will learn new response options and you can avoid outburst situations.
Each week you will receive 2 - 1 exercises that affect the brain and the nervous system and create new reaction and action channels   for situations that make you angry on a daily basis.
Through training videos that you will receive in the application, you can practice during the week and deepen the change. 

It is recommended to practice in calm times and not only during stressful situations.
