Welcome to my website and our relationship school.

For more than twenty years I have been treating men and women with difficulties in personal, marital, and parental emotional regulation.  I have so far met hundreds of people who suffer from anxiety attacks and tantrums, people who want to find a way and a way out, from the personal, marital, or family crisis they are going through.

During these years I gathered a lot of knowledge about the relationship between men and women, and I developed effective language and techniques to work on regulating our emotional world. I invite you to take a journey with me toward the world of emotion. To the way in which we can heal past pains using effective tools to balance our body and our mental regulation in complex family and marital situations.

Eight weeks of weekly meetings in "Live"

The 8-week course teaches emotional and physical regulation. Weekly topics are covered with a team teacher. You'll receive daily mobile app content, including short videos by Tamir Ashman and Maya Ben Yaakov, writing exercises, and surprises.

Personal guidance

Our teachers go through a long and in-depth training and accompaniment process - throughout the course, a teacher from the School of Relations will accompany you in the process of assimilating the contents and working with the anger.

The meetings

Based on our experience, Zoom facilitates engagement with anger and anxiety-related content, saving the time and effort of leaving your home. Our sessions take place in the evening hours to accommodate parents of young children and working individuals.

We recommend group course participation, but for those who prefer, you can also complete the course with one-on-one personal sessions with a School team instructor.

Physical expression

Those who suffer from anger or anxiety attacks understand the physical nature of these experiences—the body erupts, struggles to contain, and feels shattered. In our course, we integrate bodily exercises for emotional and nervous release using Maya Ben Yaakov Ashman's body orientation method.

Changing the atmosphere at home

The course is a gateway to the world of creating healthy communication and healthy management of anger and anxiety. Changing habits of many years can take more than 8 weeks. That is why we continue to accompany our graduates even after the course. You will not be alone.

We offer our graduates monthly meetings, accompanying options after the course and more.
